I love him so much
The item is great. However, I am disappointed that I purchased the item in the morning with click and collect, then drove to Chermside to pick up my item. When we arrived at the store, we were told that the last Toothless Dragon had just been SOLD in store. The only Toothless Dragon that they had left in store was the Display Toothless Dragon. The girl was still in store holding the Toothless Dragon. We were disgusted that despite already purchasing the item a number of hours earlier, the Store did NOT put the item aside.

The toothless was better then we hoped. Big, cuddly, soft and so cute! The wings are strap-on (like a backpack) which we didn't expect but it seems to work.
The communication when buying toothless however was 2 stars. We bought him, there was a big delay, there is no way to call build a bear - they send you to their 'live' chat which is AI, not a human. You can email web-bear which did work but there are waits of minimum a day - two days before getting a reply. The product in the end was worth the wait but finding out why it was taking so long was not a great experience.
