How our workshops work
Our workshops typically run in 45-minute to 1-hour sessions for around 20 to 30 guests, with formats adjustable depending on your space and event needs. Many events run across 2 to 5 days, with around 100 bears per day. The Build-A-Bear team manages stock, staffing and event delivery, and for ticketed events we can provide a personalised booking link to make guest bookings and payment simple.

Each workshop includes the signature Build-A-Bear experience, including the Heart Ceremony, birth certificate signing, and fun games and activities.
