Please be advised that while we strive to provide accurate shipping estimates, we cannot guarantee specific shipping or delivery times. Any estimated delivery date provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding guarantee.
Our customer service team is available to offer an estimated delivery timeframe based on the recipient's location. However, please be aware that this estimate is subject to change due to unforeseen delays beyond our control.
We utilize Aramex and Australia Post for our shipping services. All orders will include tracking numbers to monitor the progress of your shipment.
At this time, we ship domestically within Australia, as well as to Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
Click & Collect
What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your purchase for free from select Build-A-Bear Workshop locations. Once your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive a “Ready for Collection” email.
Eligible Items
To check if an item is available for Click & Collect, select a product from our online store and scroll down to "Check availability at other stores" to view store availability.
Participating Stores
Currently, Click & Collect is only available at select Build-A-Bear Workshop locations.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, modifications cannot be made.
How to Place a Click & Collect Order
- Browse products and check availability in your preferred store.
- Add to cart and proceed to checkout. Choose “Pick up” as your shipping option.
- Select your store and complete your order.
- Order Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email with details on your selected store for collection. A follow-up email will notify you once your order is ready for pickup.
Order Pickup
Please bring valid photo ID and your order confirmation email when picking up your order from the designated area within your chosen Build-A-Bear Workshop. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, we may need to confirm with you before releasing the order.
Click & Collect Fees
Click & Collect is a complimentary service.
Order Hold Period
Orders will be held for 7 days from the date you placed your order. If not collected within this time frame, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Pickup Location
Details on where to collect your order within the store will be included in your confirmation email.
Item Availability
If an item becomes unavailable due to damage or other stock issues, we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement.
Failure to Collect
If you cannot collect your order within 7 days, it will be canceled, and we will contact you to arrange a refund. If you need more time, please contact your selected store’s Customer Service Centre.
Returns and Refunds
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase for a refund or exchange within 60 days if the item is faulty. Refunds or exchanges for change of mind are not available.
Important Notice:
If an order is not collected from an LPO or is returned due to incorrect delivery details, we may not be able to resend it, and your order will be canceled.
Order Cancellations by Build-A-Bear
Build-A-Bear reserves the right to cancel and refund orders flagged as potentially fraudulent or if the quantity of products ordered exceeds our purchase limits. This policy is to maintain a secure shopping experience for all our customers.
