Change of Mind

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased online due to a change of mind. Once an order is placed and the transaction is completed, all sales are considered final.

Order Cancellation and Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any online order at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where an order is flagged by our online security systems as potentially fraudulent. In such instances, we will cancel the order to ensure the security of both our customers and our business, and a full refund will be issued.

Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel any order that exceeds the maximum allowable quantity per item as defined in our purchasing policies. Customers will be promptly notified in such cases, and a full refund will be processed.

Fraud Prevention and Maximum Quantities

Our systems are designed to prevent fraudulent transactions. Should an order be identified as potentially fraudulent, it may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion. Furthermore, to maintain fair access to our products, we enforce a limit on the quantity of items that can be purchased in a single order. Orders exceeding these limits will be cancelled, and the customer will be refunded.

Damaged or Faulty Product

If a product is faulty or damaged, customers are entitled to return it for a repair, replacement, or refund in line with their rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For items purchased in-store, the return must be made to one of our physical store locations, as this is where the purchase and inspection take place. For items purchased online, photos of the damage will be requested for assessment, we will cover the reasonable return postage costs as part of our online returns process and make additionally assessments. Return postage for in-store purchases is not covered, as in-store products need to be assessed and processed through our retail locations. We always recommend guests check their items before leaving the store.
