When first heated, you may notice a little moisture on the surface of the item; this is normal. Heat or cool just the Weighted Heart itself; avoid placing entire plush in microwave.

Everything about this bear is amazing, the color the weight, the soft feeling everything 🩷🩷🩷
I really like it, the only problem at least for me is the Velcro, it keeps coming apart and the beans stick out, I have to keep putting it back together. Other than that I love it and the weight really helps with my anxiety :)
I brought this for my wife to help her with her anxiety attacks, kind of like a weighted blanket and it does exactly that. She has told me that it helps her and keeps her a little warm during a cold and stressful day/night. The heat pack gives a little amount of heat ( need to cuddle it to get heat) but when she has a bit of funny tummy it's is just enough.
