Can I cancel my online order?
Due to how our automated systems are set up, we are unable to cancel online orders. Please get in touch with us at webbear@buildabear.com.au as soon as possible to see what options are available.
Order Cancellations by Build-A-Bear
We have the right to cancel and refund orders if they are deemed fraudulent by our online systems. This is for security reasons for both Build-A-Bar Workshop, and our customers.
We have the right to cancel orders if the number of products ordered exceeds our quantity limits.
