Very happy with quality of product. Well stuffed. Sent quickly. Would give 5 stars but parcel sat in Sydney for nearly two weeks, when it did eventually arrive box had work boot prints all over it. Please consider using different courier.
She's so stinking cute!! I love her so much!!
I put in the notes in my order for the stuffed plush to be FILLED with fluff. She came almost empty. Not happy with the fact she looking deseased and also the fact she took SO long to get here ;(
Hey there, we are sorry to hear this friend did not arrive the way it should have! If you live near a store, please feel free to come and visit and the team can put more stuffing in for you. Thanks for the review!
She was squashed in this tiny box. My partner ordered another bear at the same time (as a Christmas present) it arrived within 3 days but my bear took over a week to arrive and I live in the city
