How does Build A Bear Workshop work?
Our team members would be happy to walk you through the building process upon arrival, with no booking necessary (excluding parties). Firstly, pick a skin from our choose me wall, and then help bring it to life! We pride ourselves on our signature Heart Ceremony, which you can complete before stitching up the bear, to give it all the qualities it needs to be PAWsome!
Can I add a sound or scent to a Buddy or Mini Beans bear or purchase them unstuffed?
Build-A-Bear Buddies and Mini Beans cannot be purchased unstuffed, nor can stuffing adjustments be made. A sound or scent cannot be placed inside this pre-stuffed item.
How much does a Build A Bear Workshop visit cost?
Prices vary depending on what furry friend you select, but there are no additonal costs to Building a Bear from the listed price. Sounds, Scents, Clothing and Accessories can be purchased for an additonal cost.
How long does Building a bear take?
Our usual visit time is anywhere from 10-20 minutes, however this can vary depending on how much is being added to a furry friend, and wait times.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Where is my order being shipped from?

How long does shipping take?

Can I cancel my online order?
Due to how our automated systems are set up, we are unable to cancel online orders. Please get in touch with us at webbear@buildabear.com.au as soon as possible to see what options are available.

Click and Collect
What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your purchase for free from your preferred Build-A-Bear Workshop. We will send you a "Ready for Collection" email when your order is ready for pickup.
Which items can I order with Click & Collect?
To check if an item is available for Click & Collect, select a product from our online store and scroll down to "Check availability at other stores" and you will be able to check what stores have stock available for Click & Collect.
Which stores offer Click & Collect?
Currently Click & Collect is only available at select Build-A-Bear Workshops.
Can I change or cancel my Click & Collect order?
Unfortunately once an order is confirmed, modifications cannot be made.
How do I place a Click & Collect order?
Browse products and check availability in your favorite store.
Find your product, add to cart and proceed to checkout.
Add to bag and proceed to checkout.
Add products to your shopping bag, checkout and and select “Pick up” during checkout.
Choose your store and complete your order.
From the checkout page, select the store where you’d like to pick up your order and complete your order.
We’ll confirm your order.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with order details and where to collect it in-store. You’ll also get a notification when your order is ready for collection.
Pick up your order.
Collect your order from the designated area within your chosen Build-A-Bear Workshop store. When picking up, please bring valid photo ID, and your order confirmation email. If someone else is collecting for you, we may need to confirm with you before releasing the order.
Is there a charge for Click & Collect?
No, Click & Collect is a complimentary service.
How long are orders kept for collection?
Click & Collect orders will be held for 7 days from the day you placed your order. After 7 days, your order will be canceled, and refunded.
Where should I go to pick up my order?
You can pick up your order at the designated pickup area in your nominated Build-A-Bear Workshop store. Store details will be included in your confirmation email.
My order was confirmed, but I was notified an item is out of stock. Why?
Occasionally, an item in-store may be unavailable due to damage or unexpected stock issues. If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement.
What happens if I cannot get to the store to pick up my order?
Click & Collect orders are kept for 7 days from the date of order. After 7 days, your order will be canceled, and we will contact you to arrange a refund. If you need more time to collect, please contact the Customer Service Centre of your nominated store.
Returns/Refunds Policy:
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase for a refund/exchange within 60 days if the item is faulty.
We do not refund or exchange for change of mind.
IMPORTANT:
If your order is not collected from your LPO or is returned to us due to incorrect delivery details, we may not be able to resend this and your order will be cancelled.
