Absolutely amazing! Stuffed perfectly

ordered online, whoever makes them for online orders is bad at their job, arrived not stuffed properly, the eyes in two different places, it looks so bad, I can't give it as a present. I emailed BAB and was told to brush it's hair, then it would like the one online. It should never have been sent out looking like that.
