BONUS CLUB 30% OFF SHOES & ACCESSORIES PROMOTION – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter
   This promotion is conducted by Build-A-Bear Workshop Australia.
2. Promotional Offer
   Eligible Bonus Club members who purchase one (1) regular-sized unstuffed furry friend and two (2) shoes and/or accessories during the Promotional Period will receive 30% off the regular retail price of the two (2) eligible shoes and/or accessories purchased in the same transaction for that furry friend.
3. Promotional Period
   The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 9th of June and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 14th June.
4. Eligibility
   Offer is available exclusively to current Build-A-Bear Bonus Club members. Customers who are not members may join the Bonus Club prior to completing their purchase to become eligible.
   
   
5. Qualifying Purchase
   a. Purchase of a regular-sized unstuffed furry friend and two shoes and/or accessories is required.
   b. Giant, Mini, Buddies, Birthday Bear, gift cards, party packages, and other excluded products determined by the Promoter do not qualify unless expressly stated.
   c. The qualifying furry friend and discounted items must be purchased in the same transaction.
6. Discounted Items
   a. A maximum of two (2) eligible shoes and/or accessories may be discounted per qualifying furry friend purchased.
   b. Discount applies to the regular retail price only.
   c. No rain checks will be issued for unavailable products.
7. Exclusions
   The promotion does not apply to:
   • Furniture items;
   • Party bookings and party-related products;
   • Gift cards or e-gift cards;
   • Shipping charges;
   • Prior purchases;
   • Pay Your Age promotion
   • Any products specifically marked as excluded from promotional activity.
8. Combination with Other Offers
   This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, coupon, voucher, reward certificate, staff discount, promotional code, or promotion, including the Pay Your Age Birthday Bear promotion, unless otherwise required by law.
9. Returns and Exchanges
   Returns and exchanges remain subject to the Promoter's standard returns policy.
10. Availability
    The promotion is available online and in participating Australian stores only, while stocks last.
11. General
    a. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse any claim that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
    b. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time where reasonably necessary.
    c. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion.
